PASTORS CORNER

New Visions Outreach Ministries was birthed out of Port Charlotte Florida in 2003. Our vision for the ministry is to spread the gospel across the oceans and to all four corners of the World via the internet, e-mail, pony express and word of mouth.
The Lord had given me a vision many years ago which involved ministering to women of domestic violence and sexual abuse. Since that time in 1991 the Lord has used me in many different ways, and many different places to spread the news of what He can do for all through faith. He has healed through my hands, He has reached others through the angelic voice that was given to me and through all that I have personally touched through ministry.
I hold a degree in psychology, an Marriage and Family Therapy, and one in Pastoral Care and Counseling I have majored in the Theology of John Wesley and have had experience through the power of the Holy Spirit.
I believe that we receive gifts according to the Holy Spirit and as He chooses to distribute according to His purpose chosen for that receiver.
I believe that God was born man (JESUS CHRIST), come to earth to walk among men, died on the cross for the redemption of our sins, buried and was raised again on the third day as the Holy Spirit, ascended to heaven and took His seat on the right side of God and will return for the PASTOR CAROLINE DOBAY

Holy Sacraments are of water Baptism/Communion as a symbol of Christ death, burial and resurrection, His life and atoning blood that was shed on the Cross for us "For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel and with the trumpet of God, and the dead in Christ will rise" ~1 Thessalonians 4:16
